We have got the weekend for you - Pangur Bán Restaurant in Letterfrack, Connemara is running Cookery Weekends in a 300 year old thatched cottage nestled between the Atlantic ocean and the dramatic ridges of the Twelve Bens.
These personalised courses are arranged by chef John Walsh to give you the opportunity to improve your culinary skills in the unique, informal atmosphere of this delightful restaurant.
All levels are catered for, from beginner to advanced.
Please feel free to specify your preferences and we'll accommodate your requests; from boiling an egg (properly), to having the best-set tables, or the most adventurous dinner parties. Below are just some of the topics covered:
