An abundance of fresh, local produce and an adventurous use of the world's more exotic flavours combine well to set us apart. The beautifully restored 300-year-old cottage in the Connemara village of Letterfrack is open for dinner, Wednesday to Sunday. All you have to do is follow the distinctive blue signs from Clifden or Kylemore.
