Pangur Bán Catering & Cookery School is run by chef John Walsh, who also ran the popular Pangur Ban Restaurant for 10 years, and is set in the same beautifully restored 300-year old cottage in the Connemara village of Letterfrack.

John now offers catering for all occasions, runs personlised cookery courses and sells fresh produce at farmers markets in Clifden, Moycullen, Loughrea and Oranmore.
